JK Bakes, based in Ballycarry opened in June 2016. 

I am registered with Mid and East Antrim Council who have given me the highest hygiene rating of 5, I also hold a level 3 food hygiene certificate and I have completed an allergy training course with the Food Standards Agency. If you have any questions regarding the allergens in any of my products please get in touch.

To book a custom cake please call me or drop me a pm. A small deposit will secure your date (please see the terms and conditions in the notes section of my facebook page for more information). It is advisable to do this as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Don't worry if you don't have a definite design or flavour in mind these details can be decided closer to your event. 

Smaller bakes and treats are also available. They can be bought via this shop, etsy or you can contact me. If you don't see what you are looking for just ask and I'll see what I can do.

Items purchased from this shop can be posted or collected from ballycarry.
